Crusta

Σχεδιασμός λογότυπου και εταιρική ταυτότητα, με ένα συνδιασμό διακοσμητικής ροζέτας οροφής και custom made καλλιγραφικής ονομασίας. “Crusta” / ιταλικό: crosta / λατινικά: crusta (σκληρή κρούστα). Γενική ονομασία της στερεοποιημένης ουσίας, που σχηματίζεται πάνω από διάφορες ημιρευστές ουσίες. Το εξωτερικό σκληρό μέρος της ψημένης ζύμης (σε αντίθεση με την εσωτερική μαλκή ψίχα). Το σύμβολο με μοντέρνο και μινιμαλιστικό σχεδιασμό, είναι μια διακοσμιτική ροζέτα, που ειναι κομμάτι της διακόσμiσης του μοντέρνου εστιατορίου.
